Civil Engineer

Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
With at least 1 year of experience in construction and related field / Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Civil solid and architectural C&CM capability.
Commitment to detail, technical competence, and timely service delivery.
Self-drive and determination to deliver results.
Cultural intelligence and flexibility to adapt to different ways of working.
Interpersonal skills and team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in the English language.
Proficient in MS Office applications and CAD measure.

Sales Representative

Qualifications:

📍 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
📍 With at least 1 year of experience in selling construction materials and roofing products is a plus.
📍 Dedicated, loyal, honest, and hard-working.
📍 Strong communication in both written and verbal, especially skilled to manage relationships through the phone.
📍 Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
📍 Close attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and perseverance.
📍 Knowledge in CRM systems is a plus.
📍 Willing to work overtime if necessary in Calabarzon provinces and special projects in Visayas & Cebu.
📍 Driving skills is a must (manual & automatic)

Qualifications:

📍 Candidate must possess at least one of the following: a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any related field.
📍 With a driver’s license.
📍 With long experience in driving cars, small to medium trucks.
📍 Willing to drive long distances and for extended periods along with having the ability to aid in the loading and unloading of cargo.
📍 Knows basic vehicle troubleshooting skills.
📍 Willing to work in Calabarzon, any part of Luzon.

Administrator

Qualifications:

📍 With knowledge of importation.
📍 Preferably Female with customs broker experience
📍 Willing to work in Alabang.
📍 With at least 1 year of working experience in importation/customs broker or any related tasks.

Estimator / Project Engineer

Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
With at least 1 year of experience in construction and related field.
Civil solid and architectural C&CM capability.
Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
Cultural intelligence and flexibility to adapt to different ways of working.
Interpersonal skills and team player.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
Proficient in MS Office applications and CAD measure.
Experience with large manufacturing facilities construction sites is a plus.
Willing to work in Alabang.

Salesman / Saleswoman / Sales Engineer

Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field.
